INGREDIENTS
2 packages (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast
2-1/4 cups warm water (110° to 115°)
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
1/4 cup canola oil
3 tablespoons honey
2 cups quick-cooking oats
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 tablespoon salt
4-1/2 to 5 cups bread flour
