1/3 cup yellow pepper, chopped

1/4 cup red pepper, chopped

1/4 cup shallot, chopped

1/2 cup celery, diced
•
1/2 cup carrot, shredded or diced
•
3/4 cup chopped tomatoes

Salt and Pepper to taste
