2 1/2 pounds yellow boiling potatoes

6 hard cooked eggs, diced

1 (16 ounce) jar of mayonnaise

2 tablespoons mustard
•
6 Farmer’s Garden Dill Pickle Spears, diced
•
6 slices of pickled carrots, diced (I used the carrots from the Farmer’s Garden Pickle jar.)
•
2 tablespoons red peppers (Use all of the red pepper from the Farmer’s Garden Pickle jar.)
