6 oz baby Spinach
6 baby bella mushrooms, cut in 1/4's
1 small yellow onion, sliced into half moons
12 black olives, sliced in half or left whole
1 can diced fire roasted tomatoes
1/4 red bell pepper, sliced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-15 oz can tomato sauce
2 oz Neufchâtel cheese or cream cheese
2 teaspoons dried Italian Seasoning mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
