3 tbsp Soy Sauce (Tamari if you’re eating gluten-free)
2 eggs (scrambled)
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil (*to taste)
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup unsalted peanuts (*optional but good.)
2 tbsp ginger (* optional & sliced thin)
