INGREDIENTS
1 C. (4 oz.) diced Canadian bacon
1/4 C. chopped green onion
3 Tbs. butter
12 beaten eggs
3 oz. can mushrooms drained
4 tsp. butter, melted
2 1/4 C. bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 C. milk
1 C. shredded American cheese
