Fancy Egg Scramble

12 beaten eggs
•
3 oz. can mushrooms drained

4 tsp. butter, melted
•
2 1/4 C. bread crumbs
•
1/8 tsp. paprika
•
2 Tbs. butter
•
2 Tbs. flour
•
1/2 tsp. salt
•
1/8 tsp. pepper
•
2 C. milk
•
1 C. shredded American cheese
