1 teaspoon Clear Imitation Vanilla Extract, 2 Oz. (for bread)
firmly packed light brown sugar (1/2 cup for streusel, 1/2 cup for bread)
all-purpose flour (1/3 cup for streusel, 1-1/4 cup for bread)
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (for streusel)
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (for streusel)
butter, softened (2 Tbs for streusel, 1/2 cup (1 stick) for bread)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (for bread)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (for bread)
1/4 teaspoon salt (for bread)
1 egg (for bread)
1/3 cup applesauce (for bread)
1 cup apples (peeled and chopped Fuji, about 1/2 large)
