2 cups uncooked garbanzo beans
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 cup fresh mint
1 small onion
2-3 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Oil for frying
120 grs Tahini paste
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 garlic clove
Salt
5-6 tbsp ice-cold water
