"Happiness feels like toasted coconut tastes! And when combined with pineapple, pecans, and PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, you end up with a very happy mouth! The inspiration for this appetizer came after I had given up on a different idea. I had worked on something for a couple of days, and while it was good, it was not fabulous, and I definitely wanted fabulous! So with a clear head, a clean slate, and some PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, this appetizer was born! This combination of sweet, nutty, and smoky flavors is like a party for your tastebuds...all perched on the end of a pretzel stick! I am glad I didn't settle for good, because fabulous is so much more fun...and tasty! Enjoy..."
