lao gan ma peanut brittle
Loa Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp. Even the name makes me salivate. Oh my gosh, I put this on everything from quesadillas, to brie sandwiches, to grilled chicken. Sometimes I eat it straight from the spoon. Now here's a recipe that fuses east (Spicy Chili Crisp, sesame seeds) and west (peanut brittle) together in a sweet/salty snack. How could I go wrong???
