18 g psyllium husk (finely ground)

1/3 cup erythritol (or allulose)
•
2 teaspoons xanthan gum
•
2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon kosher salt
•
1 teaspoon cinnamon
•
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (freshly ground)

1/4 teaspoon allspice

3 eggs (at room temperature)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1-2 tablespoons orange zest

56 g unsalted grass-fed butter

1/2 cup chocolate chunks, pecans or dried fruit (keto-style!) (see post for notes)
