1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup Jarlsberg cheese, shredded*
•
1/2 cup sharp New York cheddar, shredded
•
2 scallions, chopped
•
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
•
1/4 cup dehydrated onion
•
1/4 cup poppy seeds
•
1/4 cup sesame seeds
•
1/4 cup garlic flakes/dry minced garlic
•
Coarse sea salt and black pepper, to taste
•
Bagel chips or crackers, for serving

*If you can't find Jarlsberg Cheese, use any swiss/buttery/nutty/mild cheese in it's place.
