1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
Pinch of table salt
1 1/2 cups high-quality bittersweet chocolate chips
2 1/2 sticks cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
3 tablespoons white chocolate chips
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
