INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/3 cup heavy cream
4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
4 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese (2 cups for filling, 2 cups for topping enchiladas)
12 flour tortillas (soft taco size)
Sour Cream, Cilantro, Fresh Tomatoes for garnish
