1 dried pasilla chiles, seeded
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 cup chopped white onion
1/2 cup sliced garlic cloves
2 tablespoons canned chipotle adobo sauce
2 cups water
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1/3 cup vinegar
1 pound pork loin, sliced into 1/8-in thick slices
1 pineapple, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 pound prepared sliced pork loin
1 cup chopped white onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
8 corn tortillas
1/2 cup pineapple butter
lime wedges, for serving
