English Muffin Bread

INGREDIENTS
2 1/4 tsp dry active or instant yeast
Pinch sugar
3/4 cup water (warmed to 105-115° F.)
2 1/4 cups milk (warmed to 100° F.)
1 Tbsp. fine sea salt (2 tsp if using table salt)
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda (dissolved in 1 1/2 Tbsp. water)
Cornmeal for dusting pans
