1 can (10 oz) Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce
2 ripe avocados
2 cloves garlic, minced
juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons minced cilantro
salt and pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Old El Paso taco seasoning
2 roma tomatoes, diced
4-5 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon minced cilantro
juice from 1/2 lime
salt and pepper
1 bag (30-32 oz) frozen french fries
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
crumbled cotija cheese
