Ingredients: 1 1/2 sticks butter; 2 cups chopped yellow onions; 1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers; 1/2 cup chopped red bell peppers; 1 cup chopped celery; 2 tablespoons minced garlic; 2 teaspoons sea salt; 1 teaspoon cayenne; 1/2 teaspoon black pepper; 1/2 cup all-purpose flour; 1 cup diced tomatoes; 2 pounds peeled crawfish tails; 2 tablespoons chopped parsley; 1 recipe Pastry for Crawfish Pies
