INGREDIENTS

¼ cup of hot water
•
- 1 package of Fleishman’s Dry Yeast
•
- ½ cup of sugar
•
- 2 eggs at room temperature
•
- ⅔ cup vegetable oil
•
-1 cup of mashed Russert potatoes – slightly cooled
•
- 8 cups of King Arthur’s Bread flour or AP flour
•
- 1 ½ tsp Kosher salt
•
- 1 cup of whole milk – scalded and cooled
•
- Additional vegetable oil for top of loaf and pan
•
- Sea salt flakes
•
- Soft butter for bowl and after baking
