INGREDIENTS
4 slices of Canadian bacon (or 8 slices bacon)
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons white vinegar
2 English muffins
Salted butter
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)
10 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
3 large egg yolks
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of cayenne pepper or tabasco
