1 Tbs. butter
2 hot, split, toasted, and buttered English muffins
4 poached eggs
1 C. Hollandaise sauce (hot)

How to Make Eggs Benedict


  • 1Lightly brown ham in butter over moderate heat. Arrange on muffins, trimming to fit. Top with eggs, cover with sauce and serve.
