500g of minced beef (or meat of your choice)
•
2 garlic cloves, minced
•
1 large onion, peeled and diced
•
1 large tomato, seeded and diced
•
2 cups of tomato sauce
•
1 tablespoon of tomato conserve
•
Olive oil
•
Salt & pepper to taste
