16 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 lbs ground beef
54 oz canned tomato sauce or puree
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup cup of chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced or 1/8 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
2 Italian eggplants or 1 large eggplant
flour
4 eggs, beaten (You may need up to 6 eggs)
1 tsp salt
