2 tablespoons of olive or grape seed oil

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 14 ounce cans stewed tomatoes
•
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning blend
•
1/4 cup cooking oil (canola, corn oil, or vegetable oil)

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
•
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese
