½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

•
1 cup eggnog (spiked or not your choice)
•
1 cup sour cream
•
½ tsp. vanilla bean paste
•
¼ to ¾ tsp. of nutmeg depending on how much nutmeg you like
•
2 ½ cups cake flour
•
2 tsp. baking powder
•
½ tsp. baking soda
•
Pinch of salt
•
Icing:
•
3 TBSP eggnog
•
3 TBSP Spiced Rum
•
2 TBSP melted butter
•
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
•
Crumb Topping:
•
1/3 cup granulated sugar
•
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
•
¼ tsp. salt
•
¾ tsp. cinnamon
•
8 TBSP unsalted butter, melted and then slightly cooled
•
1 ¾ cup cake flour
