Eggnog Cookies
INGREDIENTS
•
bake in 350 degree oven makes about 4 dozen
•
12oz or 3 sticks unsalted room temperature butter
•
1 cup light brown sugar
•
2 cup granulated cane sugar
•
4 egg yolks (use the whites for an omelette or give to the dog)
•
1 cup egg nog
•
1 Tbl. vanilla extract
•
4 cup flour
•
1 tsp. baking powder
•
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
•
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
•
pinch ground clove
•
1 tsp. sea salt.
