Butter, room temperature
3 cups homemade eggnog
1 cup 18% cream
1 cup 1% milk
5 eggs
4 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp Disaronno
1 tsp nutmeg
Garnish: icing sugar, chopped walnuts, maple syrup
