Ingredients: 1/2 c Mayoniase, homemade is best; 6 ea Eggs, hardboiled & chopped; 1 ea Garlic clove minced; 1/3 c Sour cream or plain yogurt; 1/4 ts Salt; 1 tb Pimiento chopped as garnish; 2 tb Scallion tops finely chopped; 1/4 ts Hot mustard
