1 tbsp neutral oil (like avocado or canola)
1 lb ground chicken (or ground turkey/pork)
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional but good)
1 12- oz bag coleslaw mix or 6 cups shredded cabbage + 1 shredded carrot
2 green onions (thinly sliced)
Extra soy sauce and sesame oil to taste
1/2 tsp sriracha or chili garlic sauce (if you like it spicy)
Toasted sesame seeds
