INGREDIENTS
1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker or shortbread crust, or pie crust
Filling:
3 eggs
2 cups Kemps Light EggNog
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp brandy or rum extract (if desired)
1/8 tsp of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Topping:
1 cup Kemps Whipping Cream
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp brandy or rum extract (if desired)
Nutmeg for garnish
