sausage and cream cheese biscuit bites
OK, not a recipe for making the biscuits but a yummy way to use the biscuit dough.

Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage (bulk-not links)
- 8 ounces package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese you wish)
- 2 cans (12-oz each) grands jr flaky biscuits or equalivent amount of homemade biscuit dough
How To Make sausage and cream cheese biscuit bites

Step 1Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly spray mini muffin pans with cooking spray, set aside.

Step 2Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain fat.

Step 3Stir together cooked sausage, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 4Remove biscuits from cans and split each biscuit into to two. Place each biscuit round into muffin tin. Scoop sausage mixture into biscuit cups.

Step 5Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown.
