Ingredients

  • 1 pound oreo cookies
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 8 ounces hersey's chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 8 ounces cool whip

How To Make ice cream cake

  • Step 1
    Crush oreos in blender or food processor. Set aside 1 1/2 cups crushed oreos. Add melted butter Lightly pack crumbles on bottom of 9x13 pan. Do not press hard!
  • Step 2
    Spread softened ice cream on top of crumbles. Pour syrup evenly over ice cream. Top with cool whip. Sprinkle remaining crushed oreos over cool whip.
  • Step 3
    Cover with foil and freeze.
