A passed down recipe. Serve with mashed potatoes! Yum!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 packages french onion soup mix
  • 1 cup milk or water
  • to taste - worcestershire sauce
  • to taste - salt and pepper

How To Make meatloaf

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread crumbs.Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  • Step 3
    Place in a lightly greased 5x9 inch loaf pan, or form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350for 1 hour.
