500ml chicken stock
•
150ml cream
•
salt & pepper to taste
•
fresh coriander, chopped, to serve
•
warmed roti, to serve

1 cup grated cucumber
•
1 cup Greek yoghurt
•
lemon juice, salt and pepper, to taste
