1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced

2 cups loosely packed spinach

1 refrigerated pie crust
•
1 1/2 cups milk ((I used whole milk but 2% is fine))
•
5 eggs
•
1/4 tsp. salt
•
1/4 tsp. pepper
•
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
•
1/2 cup grated cheese ((sharp cheddar, swiss, or gruyere work great))
