1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/3 cups white sugar
6 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/3 cup plant-based milk ((such as oat or soy))
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon turmeric ((optional for colour))
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar ((optional for dusting))
