prepared according to package directions

adding the eggs, oil and water called for on the mix
•
2 - lbs fresh strawberries, hulled & cut in half
•
strawberry glaze, double recipe
•
1 - 8 oz container whipping cream or cool whip
•
Strawberry Glaze:
•
1 - cup granulated sugar
•
1/4 - cup cornstarch
•
1/4 - cup strawberry gelatin (jell-o)
•
1 1/2 - cups water
•
1 - tablespoon lemon juice
•
1/2 -teaspoon strawberry extract
