3 tbsp coconut aminos
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp coconut sugar
12 oz sirloin steak, diced into bite-sized pieces
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 yellow onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup carrots, diced
1/4 cup frozen peas, defrosted
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice, defrosted
3 cups jasmine rice, cooked and cooled
1 egg, whisked
2 tbsp green onion, chopped
