INGREDIENTS

8 oz. spaghetti imported from Italy or Barilla spaghetti

2 cups water
•
1tbsp olive oil
•
1 tbsp butter
•
8 garlic cloves chopped julienne / thinly sliced (if you prefer less garlicky use around 3-4 garlic cloves)

½ tbsp red pepper flakes/ increase or decrease according to your taste

1-1/2 tbsp fresh parsley/ chopped

¼ Tbsp parmesan cheese/ optional
