2 cups half-and-half, light cream, or whole milk
3 eggs or 3/4 cup refrigerated or thawed frozen egg product
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped and toasted
