3/4 cup of seasoned bread crumbs - I like 4C brand
•
1/3 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
•
4 Tbls. extra virgin olive oil
•
1/2 tsp. salt
•
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
•
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
•
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
•
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
•
about 32 ounces homemade tomato sauce - jarred is fine also
•
1 and 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese - I use part skim
