2 large bell peppers (or 3 small/med ones), sliced

3-4 tablespoons olive oil (or other oil of your choice) I prefer our Lime Olive Oil

2 teaspoons kosher or sea salt
•
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
•
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
•
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
•
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
•
1 teaspoon dried oregano
•
1 teaspoon garlic powder
•
2-3 teaspoons True Lime, optional
•
handful of cilantro
•
1 lime
