Ingredients: 1 & 1/2 cups hot water {I just get it as hot as it will come out of the tap}; 1 & 1/2 tsp. dry active yeast; 1 Tbsp. white sugar; 1 Tbsp. light olive oil; 1 Tbsp. salt; 3 & 1/2 cups bread flour {or all-purpose flour is fine}
