INGREDIENTS
1 to 1-1/4 lb top sirloin steak (1-inch thick)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
2 medium red, yellow or orange bell peppers, seeded and cut into strips
2 scallions, sliced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Toasted sesame oil for drizzling (optional)
Steamed white rice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1-1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
