Ingredients: 1 (15.25 ounce) box super moist yellow cake mix; 1 cup milk; 1 stick butter or 8 tablespoons or 1/2 cup, melted; 3 eggs; 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter (could use the smooth peanut butter); 2 medium sized ripe bananas, mashed; 1 cup chopped nuts, pecans or walnuts, (optional); Glaze for Cake:; 3/4 cup powdered sugar; 3 tablespoons milk, more or less; 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, (optional); Whisk together and drizzle over cooled banana bread OR; PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE FROSTING; 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter; 1/3 cup cocoa; 2 cups confectionery sugar; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring; 1/2 cup milk; Using a large spoon mix peanut butter and cocoa, add sugar, salt, and vanilla. Gradually stir in milk until frosting reaches spreading consistency. Spread on cupcakes. Enjoy!
