Ingredients: 1 box French Vanilla Cake Mix; ingredients needed to make cake: eggs, oil and water; 3 ounce box peach Jell-o; 3-4 large ripe peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced ((equals approximately 2 cups of thinly sliced peaches); ¼ cup white granulated sugar ((see notes below)); 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon; ½ cup chopped pecans ((optional, divided use)); ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature; 1 ½ packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature ((12 ounces)); 2 teaspoons vanilla extract; ¼ teaspoon salt; 4 cups powdered sugar
