1 pound medium pasta (such as rotini, farfalle or penne)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (cubed)
1 cup chopped ham (or salami)
1 english cucumber (chopped)
1 pint grape tomatoes (halved)
1 bell pepper (chopped)
¼ cup black olives (sliced, or to taste )
4 green onions (thinly sliced)
1 cup Italian dressing (homemade or store-bought, or your favorite dressing)
3 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
salt & pepper to taste
