1/2 cup Meyer Lemon juice
•
1 tablespoon sugar

For the Lemon Layer:
•
1/2 brick of cream cheese (4 oz), softened
•
4 cups of cool whip
•
1 teaspoon lemon extract (use lemon juice if you don't have extract)
•
For the Top Layer:
•
2 cups cool whip
•
Zest of 1 Meyer Lemon
