Ingredients: 2 Tablespoon butter; ¾ cups onions, diced; 3-4 cloves garlic, minced; 2 lbs lean ground beef; 2 eggs, slightly beaten; 1-2 teaspoons seasoning salt; ½ teaspoon black pepper; ¼ teaspoon dry mustard; ½ teaspoon marjoram or oregano; ½ teaspoon of thyme; 3-4 tablespoons fresh parsley ( I used dried, but fresh tastes better in this); ¼ cup BBQ sauce ( I used Sweet Baby Rays); ¼ cup chili sauce; 1-2 Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce; ½ cup whole milk; 3 slices wheat bread, toasted, crumbled; GLAZE; ¼ cup ketchup; ¼ cup chili sauce; 1 cup Chargrill BBQ Sauce
