INGREDIENTS

8 defrosted chicken tenderloins (or 4 large chicken breasts cut into tenderloin strips)

2 tablespoons of avocado oil or olive oil

1/2 packet of Ranch Dressing mix

1 package of chopped baby portobello mushrooms (around 8-10 ounces). It's okay if you have more or less.

10-16 ounces of chicken broth (I simply use Better Than Bouillon Chicken paste and water. You can find it in the soup and chicken broth aisle at the grocery store.)
